With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Really cute, historic house within walking distance to the restaurants and shops on King. Would love to stay here again, we would definitely recommend staying here!
We enjoyed this hidden gem that was close to many nice restaurants. It was a little too warm to enjoy the rooftop sitting area, though we did get some early morning time and loved it. Definitely somewhere we would return.
Comfortable bed, cozy space. Proximity provides access to north end of King St while allowing quick access to hwy 17 for trip to beach. Lots of eating options within neighborhood. Great hosts! Highly recommend.
We were very happy with our time in Unit C. The house was very clean and comfortable with an awesome rooftop deck for morning and evening drinks. The location was quiet despite being close to neighbors.The property also had many neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants, as well as a 5 minute walk to King Street. Wry happy with our stay!
It was perfect for what we needed for our stay. The bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. It was secluded and away from the road enough it was nice to sit outside on the patio furniture and relax.
The house was very clean with updated amenities. Perfect for two people. Lots of great outdoor spaces, the rooftop deck was a great addition. Located just off King street where you will find restaurants and shops within minutes. I highly recommend this property.
After a hustle and bustle with family the weekend before Christmas we got away just the two of us for some quiet quality time together. Charleston was the perfect spot and this quaint little place did the trick. The owners were very prompt and supplied quick informative responses. Check was easy and simple. I would recommend this place and we would stay there again. The bed was nice king bed with new comfortable mattress and bedding.
The house itself was very cute and well organized. Although space was at a premium, the space was well used. The rooftop deck was so nice in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house was very comfortable. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star across the board was the location of the parking. The owners were very responsive to questions we had during our stay.
Walkable to restaurants and shopping! Was great size for my husband & I! We were able to bring our dog which was an added bonus! Really clean and comfortable. Also really enjoyed the upstairs rooftop patio. Kitchen is not set up for cooking big meals and the refrigerator is under counter but it worked for us!
This property was perfect for our stay in Charleston. It was a central location that let us walk to everything, and had parking which was a must because we drove there. If you’re looking to cook and have more home cooked meals, the kitchen leave a bit to be desired. It’s a mini fridge and the oven was difficult to use. But it’s a very nice space and great location. Also management was very responsive throughout.
We had an excellent stay. The property is in good location just a 5 minute walk from King St. and in close proximity to lots of great restaurants. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. We only had 3 relatively minor complaints.
The photos of the rooftop deck in the VRBO listing of the apartment show lights and cushions on the outdoor furniture, but neither was anywhere to be found. The outdoor furniture was very uncomfortable without cushions. We understand that the outdoor elements do a lot of damage to outdoor fabrics , but nonetheless, if you’re going to show outdoor seating cushions in the property photos, the property should have them, even if you keep them stored in a outdoor deck box when not in use.
Another complaint we have is that there was no hot water in the upstairs bedroom sink and the water pressure was very weak, but only for that one sink. Water pressure for all of the other sinks and shower/tub was fine.
Lastly, the upstairs bathroom sink drain was completely clogged, so much so, that I was forced to take apart the plumbing pipes under the drain, and pull out what looked like a years worth of hair and disgusting gunk. It only took me 10 minutes and afterwards the sink drained perfectly.
We really enjoyed this cozy home! The location is excellent! It was super clean, and David reached out to offer local recommendations and details about how to check in and out. Overall, the process was super easy and I will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Charleston!
