I appreciate having a complimentary breakfast to start the day. My only complaint is that I sprung for the trackside room (more expensive) and there was not an ottoman for my legs. The standard room has one.

Check in was fast, breakfast had plenty of choices. I found the bed to be too soft and I was put off by an unknown amenities fee at checkout

Overpriced room for what you got. $265.00 for less than 12 hours of stay. Also, asked about early check in they wanted to charge us an additional $40.00. The room was very unclean with dust and cobwebs on light fixtures. No microwave in room. Shower was not clean with hair from previous tenants on shampoo bottles. Shower lacked hot water and had no water pressure. Requested a Keurig for the room which was granted but we had to clean the machine, which had probably never been cleaned. The hotel pillows were not consistent with each other all were of different softness/firmness. The hotel towels were very hard and scratchy to the skin. Staff tried to enter our room early in the morning. Front desk staff was not apologetic for the condition of the room. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The only thing that was offered that was of any value was the shuttle bus from the hotel to the casino. Be weary about staying here.

The Shuttle Drivers were very friendly Bathroom could have been cleaner there was hair all over the bathroom floor and on the commode.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The shuttle bus was very convenient and the drivers were very nice. The bed was not very comfortable this time it was almost like it had air in the mattress ( too much air). In 2023 it was very comfortable; but the overall stay was very good

I can’t believe how a nice place like that , it has the worst breakfast option's, you actually expect a place like that would have better breakfast menu. My friend text me she stayed at a different hotel had a much better breakfast. I felt like that’s a nice hotel to stay, you would expect better options.

Our stay was amazing. The shuttle service made it very convenient to get to the casino. The only complaint i have is the continental breakfast was not the best. Mostly pastries and muffins, Cereal, the only hot food was oatmeal.

Property is just ok. For a property that’s this close and almost a partner of the casino, it should definitely be updated. Sad that the bar is closed with such a nice lobby. Best thing about this place is the shuttle to the casino.
