Full laundry, a garage spot, walk in closet, AC and Heat. All utilities are included as well as WiFi. The apartment was lovely. I did not like the steep stairs but then I am an older person and stairs are a bit much. The only thing I did not like was the TV situation. No apps had been downloaded and I was not able to watch any TV. There were no instructions but then again, it's not the end of the world. I found other things to do. But the apt was very lovely and I would recommend it to anyone.
