### Iliopetra Villa

Villa Iliopetra is located in the Megala Chorafia of Chania, in the Kafe district, 12 km away from the city. From the port of Souda it is only 3 km away, while the airport "Ioannis Daskalogiannis" is 21 km away. The tranquility, the countryside with the olive trees, the sunny location and the view of Lefka Ori compose a unique environment. The traditional aesthetics of stone meet a montage of elements, so that it is formed in a restored house that serves all tastes, maintaining the traditional element. These are 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other two single beds that can be joined together. There are two bathrooms with showers, one of which is inside the room, while the other has a washing machine. The open plan area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a circular rotonda in the middle, where you can enjoy your food and a comfortable living room with air conditioning. There are two TVs, one of which is located inside the bedroom. The spacious outdoor area has a built-in grill and table, where you can relax and enjoy the view and tranquility offered to you. The property offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking.   
  
Villa Iliopetra is 1 km away. from the sandy beach of Kalami, 1.5 km from the Kyani Akti and just 3 km from Kalyves the seaside village with organized beaches, as well as 8 km from Almyrida. In less than 5 minutes on foot you will find traditional taverns, the village café and mini market. The ancient city of Aptera is just 2 km away. or a 15-minute walk. The traditional villages of Apokoronas are also nearby.
