Very easy access to the ski bus and close to town but quiet. Lovely sauna and friendly staff. It's a family lodge and the owners and staff were very helpful in suggesting best areas for us to aki on different days.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi does not work for whatsapp in our phones. The staff informed us that this may happen if you have Iphone. Other than that the wifi was working good.

Quaint family run hotel with good location
Terrific older hotel in a nice location near downtown Chamonix. Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful when asked questions about restaurant reservations, skiing ideas, etc. If there is enough snow you can walk across the street and cross a small park on your skis, grab a short poma lift then do a short walk down to the Brevent Cable car. Alternatively, there are bus stops right outside the hotel where you can catch buses to various other parts of town. There are a few nearby restaurants that are a short walk. The views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille de Midi from our room were spectacular. We had a smallish room with two smaller beds, a bathroom with tub and shower, with the toilet in a separate room. A bit older radiator heating system that got quite warm at times. Nice balcony with views so opened the door a time or two to cool things down. Ski storage rooms with boot dryers was nice. Outdoor hot tub and indoor sauna. You can reserve a time to use privately. You can pre order breakfast for the following morning for an additional fee. Overall an exceptional experience if you don’t need a lot of space.

Loved this chalet style, independent hotel. Clean and comfortable. Easy free parking on site. Convenient, short walk into town. Wonderful views from or room/balcony. Great breakfast. Super friendly helpful staff.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at La Sapinière. A very cosy traditional hotel in a perfect location just outside the main centre of Chamonix, with superb views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We would most definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastick stay at this wonderful resort hotel. The owner Patrick and his wife were great . Pasquale their all around utility man was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Overall the best view of any hotel Ive ever stayed at. You must come and see the French sister city and stay at this wonderful third generation family owned hotel.city to Aspen Colorodo

Alpine Chalet
Perfect view from our balcony. The pics we we shot with our I14’s phone cameras were excellent. This is a very traditional ski chalet. The winter must be ama ing.

Great place to watch the paraglider land. Short walk to the central area of Chamonix. The only thing I wish the hotel room had was a mini fridge for groceries.

Very nice family run hotel!
Very nice family hotel on the edge of Chamonix olde town. Breakfast is basic and nice. Hot tub after skiing was great. Lifts nearby and on local bus route.

BEST hotel to stay in Chomonix!!!
Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! We were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff when checking in and helped carry our luggage to our room. No lift available. The room was very Swiss with the MOST spectacular view of Mt Blanc and glacier. Request a balcony room facing the Mt for sure. Super comfortable beds and large bathroom and of course a great patio with seating. Fun watching the paragliders land right in front of the hotel. Dog friendly and brought our dog treats, water bowl and a cute mat without even bring requested. Will always stay here for my future visits to Chomonix

Lovely stay with wonderful friendly staff
Really lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We even had a little guided tour of the hotel when we arrived. Our room was spotless with a comfy bed, pillows and duvet, as well as a beautiful view. Access to the hot tub was amazing after an intense day of skiing. The location was perfect for beginner skiers as it’s just across from the beginner slope (2 minute walk if that, visible from the hotel). Breakfast was nice, generally a good spread, but I would have liked an option for scrambled eggs. Overall a wonderful stay with lovely staff and we would stay there again.

We stayed here for two nights in August and LOVED this boutique hotel. The staff and owners were wonderful, the location and views of Mont Blanc were spectacular, and this place far exceeded our expectations. The building is old and was managed by another company for 18 years, but the original family took it back in November and are slowly bringing it back to its former glory. Decor is a bit outdated, bad European hairdryers, etc, but it’s clean, convenient, extremely reasonable, and honestly has one of the best views of Mont Blanc in all of Chamonix. Plus, for fun, paragliders can be seen all day landing in the field in front of the hotel. It’s really a little hidden gem if you appreciate a family owned business. We will definitely be back.

The property was exactly what you would expect a French ski chalet to look like-beautiful building in great shape. The view of Mont Blanc from our balcony was amazing. The owners and staff were very friendly and took care of all of our needs. Excellent breakfast choices.

We stayed 4 night at the hotel and was very satisfied. Most amazing view from the hotel room, all the facilities that you need plus a lot extra (drying room for boots and skis!!), kind personale and very central with bus stop right outside the door and several nearby. Also 5 min walk to the sunny ski area Brevent-Flegere. Breakfast was also very good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Het familiehotel ziet er mooi en vriendelijk uit. Zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk personeel, in voor een praatje. Er worden vele talen gesproken, daar personeel uit veel verschillende landen komen. De kamer is groot genoeg voor 2 met eigen badkamer en fijne, grote, zachte handdoeken. Uitzicht geweldig op de MontBlanc, en andere bergen. Mooi panoramiese ontbijtruimte. Goed ontbijt met ruime keuze en lekkere koffie. Sfeervolle lounge. Parkeerruimte bij hotel en grote tuin. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
