Maison Charentaise

  • Charentaise house restored with quality materials on a wooded plot of 2500 m² with an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a gym, a cellar, a terrace and a barbecue area. Quietly located in a peaceful country village halfway between Aigrefeuille / Surgères and 10 minutes from the train station of Surgères. The main house is composed of an entrance, a large kitchen and all the equipment (convection oven, induction hob, two fridge freezers, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher...); a dining room with a table for 8 people, a living room with sofa, a bedroom with shower room and a linen room with washing machine and dryer Upstairs: 3 bedrooms including 2 large bedrooms with shower room and a master suite with dressing room and shower room. The 160 m2 annex is composed of a gym, a large office, a games room, an indoor swimming pool (functional and heated from 01/06 to 15/09), a sauna (open from 01/06 to 15/09)

Parfait pour des vacances en famille. La maison, très grande, permet de garder la fraîcheur malgré les grandes chaleurs. Piscine intérieure très sympa, comme la salle de sport. Hôte joignable et réactif. Que des compliments !

La maison est spacieuse et dispose d’un beau jardin.Elle est située en pleine campagne, et se trouve à 1/2 heure de La Rochelle ou des Marais Poitevin.Idéale pour concilier moments de détente et activités touristiques !Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour, et les enfants étaient ravis.Merci à Anthony pour sa disponibilité.
