"The room was good there wasn’t a tv in the bedroom and no linen for the sofa bed we had to ask."

"The check-in process seamless and the young lady at the desk was very polite and knowledgeable. The room was more than spacious and came with a kitchenette that was unexpected. The bed was kind of low to floor but still comfy; and although the room faced a highway we weren’t bothered by the noise at all. The location couldn’t have been better. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel needs some updating/renovation. Lots of wear n tear noted throughout the hotel and the room. It looked clean for the most part but there was bits of trash noted in the hall once near the elevator, the some of the buttons in one of the elevators were coming loose. The breakfast was lukewarm, only bananas as fresh fruit, the juice options weren’t cold they were room temperature. I wouldn’t go in the pool area either needs to be renovated. Just wasn’t what I was expecting for a Hyatt."

"The hotel staff were friendly and pleasant. Check in was quick and easy. The inside of the hotel does need some updates/renovation. My room was partially clean, there were stains on the wall and inside shower there were stains. The hotel does offer breakfast and complimentary drinks. It was a quick get away but staff were very nice."

"this hotel is highly disgusting, unprofessional, ghetto. only pro about this place was the water for showering does get hot. i didn’t receive no room service for a 4 day stay. men will sit outside of the hotel drunk or high or in the hallways of the hotel. i will never stay here again."
