Excellent smal hotel very close to centre of Alacatı. The bohemian design and outside area of the hotel are very nice. The customer friendliness and breakfast were superb. Would recommend to anyone.

This was our first stay at the Sandal Hotel and it felt like a home from home. The staff were so attentive, couldn’t do enough for us! The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The best thing about our stay was the Turkish breakfast every morning with different additions every day, well worth getting out of bed for! We’re so glad we chose to stay here, thank you for a great week x

Best hotel I've ever visited in Türkiye

Breakfast was just amazing! Staff and owner were kind and helpful. Garden is very beautiful. Decoration inside and outside hotel is calming and beautiful with all colours going perfectly together. Mila, the dog, is soul of the hotel ❤️. You really felt welcomed on your stay. We will come back to this hotel next year.

Perfect oasis in Alaçatı

We were here for 4 days and everything was really amazing. The rooms were very clean, with powerful air conditioning, double glazing, and a Nespresso machine. The pool area was fantastic, with the perfect combination of loungers (sunny all day) and a shaded area. The breakfast was a daily feast, with an extensive selection of mezes, local cheese, salad, eggs etc. The location was also perfect for us, a 5 min walk from all the restaurants and shops in the centre, but much quieter (it gets really loud in the centre). Also only a short walk away from the Havaş and dolmus bus station. But the best part was by far the kindness and friendliness of Müslüm and his team. They were genuinely attentive throughout our entire time there, making sure that we were having a good time, and always happy to help (and always bringing us tea!). We can’t remember the last time we’ve felt so well looked after in a hotel. A massive thank you to all the team.

Lovely hotel with great staff and excellent service. The room was immaculately clean as were the communal areas and pool. The breakfast was superb and tea & coffee free-flowing. My only criticism is the street dogs that bark all night. This is common in Turkey but not something I would accept if I owned a hotel.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit des Personals und die familiäre Atmosphäre sind ganz besondere Wohlfühlfaktoren bei Sandal Alaçatı. Die stets respektvolle und aufmerksame Haltung der Hotelangestellten ist überdurchschnittlich. Das abwechslungsreiche und köstliche Frühstück, die gründliche Reinigung und die leckeren Kaffee- und Teespezializäten runden den erholsamen Urlaub ab. Die Fotos im Netz sind hinsichtlich der Zimmergröße etwas irreführend, was jedoch aufgrund des einwandfreien Services eher in den Hintergrund rückt. Ein riesen Dankeschön an Müslüm, Fuat, Muhammed und Beytullah.

My gf and I had a great experience during our stay in Sandal Alacati. Our room was clean, quiet, well decorated and offers everything for comfortable stay. The property is a very nice boutique hotel and location is close enough to town center. Staff is very friendly, helpful and competent. The hotel serves great Turkish breakfast in garden next to pool. At night time, you can have very warming conversation with people in garden while drinking your delicious coffee.

Perfect haven

I had a hard time choosing a hotel in Alaçatı as there are so many, but you will notice that Sandal is highly rated along with much more expensive hotels. We did not regret our decision to stay here and the reason why I believe this place is so well reviewed is due to the amazing staff, who demonstrate the best of Turkish hospitality - giving more care, attention and assistance than I have had in 5* hotels.. They were able to help us with our arrival over the phone, discussing possible bus routes, even picking us up in his car when we got dropped at the wrong place, helping with taxis, airport transfer, restaurant recommendations and any other questions or request that passed our mind. This made us feel relaxed and at home, and our whole experience a special one. Others points to mention are the delicious breakfast, the stunning garden with colourful flowers and trees plus a lovely pool to relax by and swim in. We enjoyed the ambience here so much we didn't leave the garden for 2 days.. Only to eat in the evening. Sandal is located in a quiet, private area only 5-10 minutes walk into the centre of the beautiful town. If you're looking for a good value B&B where you can relax and be well taken care of, I'd highly recommend this place.

Alaçatı için en iyi tercih

Otelden genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar Alaçatı’ya gidersem kesinlikle tercih ederim. Diğer butik otellerde alışık olmadığımız şekilde her gün odalar temizlenip havlular değiştirildi. Kahvaltısı çok iyiydi, yediğimiz her şey lezzetliydi ve ilk gün tadını beğenip ekstra istediğimiz ürünler diğer günler söylemeye gerek duymadan getirilmişti. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşattılar. Otelin tek dezavantajı merkeze kısa da olsa yürüme mesafesi olması. Yürünen yol gece geç saatlerde tenha olduğu için sıkıntı olabilir. Ama biz Alaçatı’ya arabayla gitmemize rağmen her akşam yürüyerek gidip dönmeyi tercih ettik, bir sorunla da karşılaşmadık. Fiyat performans olarak değerlendirirsek mükemmel diyebiliriz.

Great Hotel.

Great little boutique hotel. Staff(especially Moslum) absolutely fantastic. Breakfast freshly prepared and very tasty. The transfers to and from the airport by Moslum was absolutely fantastic. The resort of Alacate is really lively, but best described as Turkey for the Turkish. Lots of weekenders from Istanbul etc.

Otel çok şirin, işletmeci ve çalışanları çok samimi ve seviyeli insanlardı. Konumu da yürüyerek merkeze 10 dk sürede, gayet ideal. Otelin olumsuz sayılabilecek tek yanı geceleri klima uğultusu gibi bir ses geliyordu, yatağıda çok konforlu değildi. Bu küçük olumsuzlukları gözardı edebilirseniz hiç düşünmeyin.
