Outstanding location and service

One of the best hotel experiences ever. Our Quattordici accommodations were spectacular, from the spacious living room to the clean, comfortable beds to the truly stunning view from the large deck/balcony of the azure Aegean. Hakan the manager provided exceptional service, including stepping in heroically to help when I had an accident, navigating the medical system for us beautifully. Terrific accommodations in a terrific country. We can’t wait to return!

Wow! Amazing place.

Wow! What an amazing place. We had the room for 4 people at the top. I have travelled the world and stayed in literally hundreds of hotels, apartments & houses and I can honestly say I have never stayed in such a well appointed, beautifully decorated and homely feeling place. The views are truly amazing. The apartment has everything you could need in terms of a kitchen, along with a washing machine (useful as we were part way through travelling through turkey). The rooms are nicely decorated & the living room very comfortable. The wrap around outside terrace was amazing - had an area for eating but also a lovely outdoor sofa (my new favourite reading place). Views from the balcony were amazing - you could never get bored of watching the boats and looking out to sea. The private beach is lovely with a jetty stretching out into the sea. Loved every minute and was sad to leave.

Stayed 30 days in Turkey @ 11 different hotels, this is the only one we had an issue with. Booked a 4 night stay for a room w/air conditioning. Walked into our room & knew something was off. Spoke with the mgr who asked us to turn the 2 air cons to the lowest temperature & give it 24 hrs to cool off & we agreed. Miserable night - rooms never got cool. Mgr was no where to be found in the morning - we left a note saying we found another hotel nearby & were leaving & wanted a 3 night refund & would go back to speak with him later. We returned & he agreed to process the refund. From that point on he was dishonest. He said we needed to initiate the refund with Expedia which was incorrect since we paid directly to the hotel & did not prepay through Expedia. We went back to speak with him in person Saturday & again asked for our promised refund. He told my husband his machine could only process debits not credits & would need to wait until Monday at 9 am when his corporate office would process it. Met him Monday at 9 am only to be told - with corporate on the phone - our credit kept getting rejected after multiple attempts. Had to leave for the airport & told the mgr to continue working on this issue. Everyone knew we were leaving for Izmir & be unable to go back in person - we never heard from them again. Contacted our credit card company & they are now handling this. They confirmed no attempted credits were ever declined. It is clear they had no intention of making things right.

Tolle Lage & schöner Ausblick.Abgenutztes aprtment

Sehr gute Lage, nahe zur Innenstadt und zum Meer. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und ein geräumiges Apartment. Der Receptionist war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Leider war das Apartment sehr abgenutzt und nicht sauber.

Great location in Çesme

Property has a great sea view. A comfortable mini apartment with kitchen supplies. Having a car is a must as location is far from shops. Excellent manager who speaks good English and is very helpful.

Harika bir 4 gun gecirdik.Kalabalik oldugumuz icin ters dubleks daireyi almistik. Isletmenin muduru ilgili. Apartimiz cok temizdi bir ev icin gerekli hersey vardi. Benim dizimde problem oldugu icin apartdan denize inip cikmak ve carsiya aracsiz inip cikmak zor oldu. Deniz sig ve taslik deniz ayakkabisi almaniz gerekir.

Çok memnun kaldık...

Görevliler çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlü. Residence olarak eşyalar çok lüks ve masraftan kaçınılmamış tüm eşyalar kaliteli ve tertemizdi. Deniz manzarası harika. Suit olarak geniş ferah iyi döşenmiş. Residence 4 katlı en tepede ve denize kadar olan bölgeye kadar aynı firmaya ait 6 adet lüks villa var sonrasınd denize ulaşıyorsunuz. Küçük bir plajı var giriş kısmı taşlık (Deniz ayakkabınız olsa iyi olur) ama 30 metre sonra kuma ulaşıyorsunuz yüzmek için ideal. Sadece manzara için bile kalınabilir. Şehir gürültüsünden ve kalabalıktan sıkıldıysanız burası tam size göre...
