"Zero internet. No point staying. Had to go out all the time, couldn’t work there, couldn’t watch anything online, couldn’t call family etc - and zero response from the staff. Total waste of money. "

"The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!"
