"This is a very nice, quaint little motel in a travel town. I stayed a night for a fishing trip and really enjoy the property. It has been remodeled and fully updated. I would say that it is nicer than expected and better than the other accommodations in the area."

"Enjoyed my stay here. I failed to read the description of the property fully and realized when I got there that I had no A/C. I talked to the front desk and they immediately took care of me and got me into a room with A/C. I would stay here again when in the area."

"The place is old and falling apart. Torn curtains, clogged sink, dirty towels with holes, holes in floor. Really needs a major renovation. Stayed on e night and left. Staff were good in giving refund."

As an avid home-maintenance person, I was shocked at the lack of basic care in the room I had. Sorry but I notice these things.
