Nice hotel not the nicest area

Rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. Nice bathroom and robes. Above and beyond this part, however, was the high level of service and friendly and professional staff. I also tried the Shambala restaurant for breakfast and dinner and can stay the quality of the food as well as the price point was excellent. I will definitely return in the future.

Kind staff. Hospitable. Clean. Liveable. Good breakfast.

This hotel is good value for money. I found the room spacious and comfortable. It is quite convenient to the various old temple sites and even has one directly across the road, plus it sits between two active temples well worth visiting. I highly recommend the car service provided by the hotel, either for touring the local sites or for travel on to another destination. Great!

Scenic property on the river. Great room.

We will stay here again! Top notch everything!

Great location.

Very clean property with decent resultants. Little price for dinner….. room was very nice and staff were amazing.

Amenities, staff and cleanliness were all top notch

The staff was very polite, the bedrooms very clean and comfortable. What I love the most was the location, just a few steps from Chinatown and public transport.

Nice and clean hotel, walking to distance to Chinatown and MRT. No microwave, they offered a water heater but no tea bag or coffee packets.

Great staff and location. The hotel is very clean, the pool is great and the service superb.
