"We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "

"J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit. C'est en pleine nature, on peut y voir beaucoup d'animaux. Les équipements sont un peu rustiques, mais ça donne un vibe plus authentique. J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à jaser avec Jim (le propriétaire), c'est un homme fascinant, il semble un peu rough, mais est une bonne personne. La route pour s'y rendre à partir de Montezuma est un chemin de terre, mais était en très bon état (janvier). Il y a de bons petits restaurants à 5-10 minutes a pied de l'hotel."

"These cabins are a bird watchers paradise. We saw over 40 species from the deck of our rustic little cabin. This location is out of the way. If you are driving yourself you will need 4 wheel drive as the driveway is steep and a bit rocky. Romey will work with you to get you a ride if you need one at a fair price. Just communicate ahead of time so he can arrange a driver!! We had the opportunity to ride horses to a beautiful private waterfall with “Eddy” This was an amazing experience,...

"What a truly great hotel AND experience! The hotel is wonderful and the views all around are stunning. It’s its own nature tour with paths and a zip line and bridge. You will see monkeys, sloths, iguanas and so many more all over the place! The staff….WOW! They’re all wonderful, helpful, friendly and so personable! They have great suggestions and help to set up tours and provide really good options for things to do in town. The restaurant and bar are a joy to spend time in while eating fantastic food!
