"The room is very clean and well maintained. Staff is nice and friendly. Lettika is a wonderful woman who is always willing to help us. Our room had an outdoor sunroom-like space with screened walls, which made it feel open and connected to nature while still feeling safe and comfortable. "We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. The room was recently finished but not complete. The bathroom/shower was large and comfortable, however the extreme hot water was not adjustable and poor...
