Super 8 by Wyndham Black Mountain/Asheville East
10/10 Excellent
"Staff were super friendly and accomodating. The room was clean. Love love love the soap and shampoo in the bathroom, they were super cute, smelled nice, and very hydrating. Beds were super comfy. My TV was in Spanish but I soon figured out how to change it to English lol. Lots of parking so we could park super close to our door. There are a few vending machines outside however they are cash only!!! It does say online pool amenities, we did enquire with reception as we were unsure but they don't have a pool! However they do have some super cool fire pits you can use outside, and some adorable swing seats and a general seating area outside. There was also a vending machine with snacks and supplies in the lobby too. There's a Mexican restaurant you can walk to right outside! And the downtown area is super close. Gas station is a little further out but not too far."

"We had a absolutely amazing weekend trip. Beautiful area, comfortable housing, and just a perfect couples getaway. The host was great to work with and was available to help when we needed. Would recommend and we plan to visit again in the future."

"I really wish you wouldn’t allow dogs. They can stay home. It was raining. 2 wet retrievers enter the building. We could hear a dog barking at times and we did smell wet dog in our room. Some hotel chain has to take a stand. Admin is kidding themselves if you don’t think they pee in the rooms. It’s just gross."

"I stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful for what i needed. The owner was very helpful and even had complementary waters and soda’s in the main office. My only complaint was that the air in the room was a little damp so towels did not dry very well and the room seemed oddly wet but it did not disrupt my stay."
