The apartment is located in a charming hillside area with sea view, featuring a private entrance, garden area, and a furnished patio for relaxing and outdoor cooking. The outdoor space offers sun loungers and a parasol on a panoramic spot overlooking the sea, as well as an indoor peninsula within the open-space area. The beaches of Celle and Albisola can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot via dedicated paths. The location is ideal both for summer and the mid-seasons, thanks to the ample available space. Nearby, you will find natural areas perfect for walks.  
  
The apartment is a spacious two-room unit with a living area equipped with a single sofa bed and a raised rustic kitchen, also suitable for smart working, and a small bathroom with an anteroom.
