Front door access was easy to use (lock/unlock, open). The neighborhood seemed quite safe. CONs: Very small - a room/studio attached to house. Path to entrance is dirt and somewhat slippery - walk carefully. Appeared to us that room was used for storage: there were at least 6 mattresses in the room for 3 beds. Very little uncovered...

"The house is ideal for accommodating 8 people comfortably, and the 3.5 bathrooms were a great convenience. The children especially enjoyed the record player, playroom, and hammock chairs with a beautiful view of the valley. "

"We've enjoyed this property twice now and we like it, but both times we've had issues. The first time we had lukewarm water, just barely warm enough to shower for a few seconds. The last time there was no hot water at all because the water heater was completely off. The owner was nice enough to come out late to turn on the gas and re-light the pilot, but the water never got warm enough to shower and the water heater let off a bad burning smell. We ended up heating water on the stove to hand wash...
