With more than 8 miles of cleared trails you can hike as you enjoy the beautiful wooded scenery and abundant wildlife. There are lots of creeks & small waterfalls on the property during most of the year except during times of drought. Our gate is a short mile to access beautiful Bull Shoals Lake. Enjoy the exceptional sunrises & sunsets and stargaze at night from your tent or camp chairs. Our rustic campsites are set on secluded, wooded, shady sites and and are out of sight of other campsites. They are “carry in - carry out” campsites. \*Our fees cover 4 persons per campsite. (Bring your own tent and whatever supplies you will need.) \*The bathroom accommodations include a clean and well-maintained tent composting camp toilet within a short walking distance \*Each campsite has picnic/spool table, fire ring, firewood, trash can. Enjoy evenings around the outdoor campfire, perfect for roasting hotdogs, smores, storytelling, or simply taking in the warmth & serenity of the fire and sounds of nature. We ask you to respect our ranch and help keep it clean for others to enjoy by carrying out everything you carry in. \*no pets \*No glass bottles or fireworks allowed. \*large trash cart at the entrance to dispose of any trash Other things to note: This is a semi-remote & off-grid location. Please be prepared for a mostly rustic experience with no electricity, plumbing, or running water available to maximize the unplugged, rustic experience. It is among nature and therefore it sometimes rains and there are bugs & wildlife all around you but we do our best to make your stay here enjoyable. You will want to bring in your own food & drinks since there are no stores within 25-30 minutes away. Please don't leave food out & unattended due to wildlife in the area. Come enjoy the peace & tranquility of nature unmasked with a stay at our lovely private ranch.
