"The ice machines were broken, the breakfast was limited and the elevators broke for a period of time but the rooms were clean and it’s a really fun lobby. "

"The room was clean and self-check in was a breeze. Full size fridge and dishwasher would be great for long-term stays though I was only there one night. There is absolutely no sound barriers so I heard the fire door slam every time someone came in the building, people coming and going at all hours and the very loud highway/high traffic road right outside the window so there was little to no sleep. I stayed on the first floor so that may have contributed to the above conditions. "

"Tried to charge us for a service animal. Room smelt bad. Things in room were falling apart. "

"Understaffed to the point that some breakfast food was not available 1/2 hour after the start of breakfast. No one available at front desk during checkout even after ringing the bell at front desk for service 3 times."
