"The staff was very kind and helpful. However, when we entered the property, there were several buckets of dirty water with water coming from the ceiling which was not the welcome we had hoped for. During breakfast, food was not being replenish so despite going fairly early, the options were very limited."

"Clean large room. Had extra table to work on if you desired. A/C-heat worked well. The motel was old, you could tell but well-kept up. No breakfast available. "

"Breakfast was not at the level we expected at a Hyatt. When we checked in there was no one available in the bar area where we could get a drink or appetizers. We had to leave the hotel and go searching for a place. Bathroom vanity area shows signs of wear. The room was clean just old in need of some TLC. The very negative part was after we came back from being gone from 12:30 pm till 10:30 pm, room service had not made up the room. Not even new towels. Inexcusable.one the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and made with clean, crisp linens. We probably won’t be back."
