This hotel is extremely run down and gross! We almost booked another hotel nearby after checking in it was that. Has not been updated since the 90s, fridge and lights didn’t work in room, room smelt gross and was constantly humid. Would not recommend.

They gave us a room with a conference table.- it was supposed to be king suite. We didn’t complain then I went to take a shower ab the whole apartment room flooded. Asked for a room change n it took them 45 minutes to make the switch.- the other room was dirty we just took it but not worth the money

The front desk staff were awesome. We did have some trouble with our key cards that was kind of weird. Each morning, our cards would work fine. In & out for breakfast, packing the car, etc. But, when we'd get back in the evening, none of them would work. We'd have to back down to the front desk and get new cards. That happened every day for 4 days. Annoying!

We've stayed here a couple of times. The staff is always pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are generous in size. My only disappointment this time was the bed was softer than I would desire. Not horrible by any means!

Decor is dated for sure but a great overall experience. Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet, great free coffee, spacious room (we got a complimentary upgrade to a huge suite with 2 TVs, dinette table, sitting room, fridge & microwave)

This property is in desperate need of updating - my rooms shower drained slow so you were showering in 2-3 in of standing water by the time you were done. The walls are thin and the TV didn’t function. Front desk was rude and unfriendly

After Radisson bought the property from Marriott it went downhill fast. No room service (although it was advertised), restaurant and bar closed at 8 every night (during a convention when the place was relatively full), housekeeping left dirty towels on the floor, etc.. The staff were very nice and seemed as though they were trying to make the best of a bad situation.
