Lightbulb missing in bathroom. No in-room amenities- no hair dryer cups for single brew maker or supplies. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful but "run down"appearance to room and and property.

We've stayed here a couple of times. The staff is always pleasant, welcoming and helpful.
The rooms are generous in size. My only disappointment this time was the bed was softer than I would desire. Not horrible by any means!

Great value, clean & comfy but dated decor
Decor is dated for sure but a great overall experience. Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet, great free coffee, spacious room (we got a complimentary upgrade to a huge suite with 2 TVs, dinette table, sitting room, fridge & microwave)

This property is in desperate need of updating - my rooms shower drained slow so you were showering in 2-3 in of standing water by the time you were done. The walls are thin and the TV didn’t function.

Joe,Good Afternoon, thank you for taking time to share your valuable opinions. Now that you've made us aware of the drain issue we can dispatch maintenance. Apologies you felt our team member was rude or otherwise unfriendly. That runs contrary to the feedback we typically receive.
After Radisson bought the property from Marriott it went downhill fast. No room service (although it was advertised), restaurant and bar closed at 8 every night (during a convention when the place was relatively full), housekeeping left dirty towels on the floor, etc.. The staff were very nice and seemed as though they were trying to make the best of a bad situation.

The hotel hasn’t been updated in 20+ years, but is well-kept and clean. Quiet. Only issue was they hadn’t turned the heat on yet and it got a little chilly a couple nights.

Very easy to get to, lots of things to do nearby and great restaurant options. We would have liked to have a mini fridge and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was lovely! Very clean and comfortable, nice and quiet at night. We all slept very well. Staff was very helpful and polite.

We were told that the owners were in the process of updating the rooms. My two biggest issues were with the mattress and toliet and vanity top. New mattress should have been placed in rooms ten years ago. The bathroom fixtures were set up for VERY short people.
