"The room is advertised as sound proof but we were not able to get to sleep until 1am because of people by the pool area and guests in the hallway talking. Then we were up be 7 because every time someone else's room door closed it sounded like a hammer against our door. The breakfast food was not warm unless you made it yourself, biscuits were like a rock and the eggs were sitting in an inch of water."

"The Hotel and room were clean. The staff wasn’t very welcoming. The front desk attendant seemed annoyed upon my check in. Even after check out I wasn’t asked how was the stay, only if I needed a receipt. One of the housekeepers wanted to go back and forth about towels after I told her she didn’t give me enough per the number of people in the room. I normally pack my own towels but forgot them, there was a Walmart very close so my issue was resolved. "

"Loud neighbors really turned this ok stat into I would go back. They played music loudly until after 1am. If traveling with little kids I would not recommend. "

"sink in bathroom appeared to have been reattached to wall with calking which was cracking and appeared to be loose on wall. The soap dish in bathroom had black gunk underneath it. Removed comforter after finding stains on it. Stains on sofa"

"Front door still have note making everyone wear mask inside the public area. Front desk staff was wearing gloves and mask while checking us in. Front lobby has overwhelming air freshener to hide the stinkyness of the facility. The room given to us was 311 and the front and back door had grease stain. Worst is, the toilet seat still had hair and the toilet bowl had poop stain. Gross!!!! We immediately left the room and told the staff the issue. I showed her the pictures and asked me to email it to her. I told her she can go back into the room and see it to herself. Area is not safe- per my observation, a lot of random people walking around the area. Just lock your cars. "

"The couches are extremely uncomfortable. The bed has such a dip. In the middle. It has to be over 20 years old . Ive never woke. Up in so much pain in my life"

"This was a great stay. Very nice hotel. Among, if not the cleanest hotel I have stay at. Staff is amazing. The person taking care of the buffet breakfast kept fresh & full. "
