The room didn’t have a window. The door lock was cheap and insecure, it smelt of damp. There wasn’t even a bottle of water. The surrounding area had no facilities and it meant a taxi ride to do anything. I have stayed at this hotel at least 3 times before and have been very pleased but this time I am not. To begin with the room was on the bottom floor a few doors from the front desk. A number of times a day people or staff were very noisy especially early in the morning. Next, the cable TV was not working and twice I had to report it before it was fixed properly. Finally, the room was not properly cleaned the bathroom was filthy. There was shampoo but no soap available. Staff recognize me. It is close to shopping and everything else i need. I recomend this hotel for families, couples or travelling alone.
