If something bad was to happen to you during your trip, hotel doesn't provide any support. After I complained the excuse was they were upstairs and was coming down to clean it. They were on our floor when we went out cleaning the room next to ours and the one opposite. So why not clean while there. Do not book at this hotel! I will go back to this hotel ever! Bedsheets, pillows, pillow cases are all gross! Its all worn out, looks old and smells old! Room is dusty! With dust and hair all over the floor With mosquitoes and ants!
