The Cebu Northwinds Hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of many fine restaurants, some literally a few steps form the front door. Also within walking distance to IT Park which has many places awesome places to eat. Taxi service to malls and transportation hubs is very reasonable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are older and not well soundproofed, but they are clean, and the air conditioning works well. The doors do not have electronic locks, just a regular key. If you are on a budget, this is a great place to stay.
