Rooms are dated but very clean and comfortable. To have a kitchenette at this price point was exceptional. Ask for a second key card so the refrigerator stays on when not in the room.

Great Location , Great Staff

My wife and I were in town for business. The Hotel was very clean , quiet , affordable and the staff was very accommodating. Also it was surprising centrally located . A few minutes away from the Cebu IT Park, Malls , Magellan's Cross and the U.S consulate.

Complaint number one front desk forgot to put three days on our card and the power went out on the first day. She only charge our card with one day 12 midnight power went out we had no air con no lights no nothing we were waking up with extreme heat called front desk and told them we were not happy. Complaint number two. The bathroom floor was flooding from the shower we were walking in the lake the problem with the hotels in the Philippines you cannot request your money back. They just give you a look like deal with it very upsetting. We will never stay at this hotel anymore. I don’t think I can even give it a review that’s positive all negative. sorry, take this hotel off your list doesn’t work.
