RECENT STANDING VILLA 190 M2 NEW POOL, WIFI, NOT OVERLOOKED, 10 PEOPLE

"Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder & 1 Hund) hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dieser tollen Villa.Die Bilder sind repräsentativ & entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Endreinigung durch den Besitzer kostete 250 extra, der Mietvertrag war auffallend restriktiv. Der Blick über die Stadt bis zu Meer war traumhaft, der Pool super, sehr groß & sauber, die Lage ruhig, da sich die Villa weit oben in einer Sackgasse befindet. Der Weg zu Fuß zur Stadt war uns dadurch allerdings zu weit bzw. steil.Positiv bezüglich der Raumausstattung zu ergänzen ist zudem, dass neben der erwähnten Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer auch jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer eine besitzt. Dies war in der Beschreibung nicht eindeutig zu sehen, jedoch ein nicht zu missender Pluspunkt. Minuspunkt: Die Betten des großen Schlafzimmers waren etwas durchgelegen & dessen Fernseher nicht an die Antenne angeschlossen, sonst war hier alles ok. Die Küche schien etwas in die Jahre gekommen, deren Ausstattung war aber top. Der Außen-Grill funktionierte leider nicht, aufgrund der hohen Waldbrandgefahr bestand aber ohnehin ein Grillverbot, ansonsten wäre er ersetzt worden.Nicht zuletzt hervorzuheben ist aber v.a. der Ansprechpartner Franck, der mit seiner professionellen, sehr zuverlässigen, pünktlichen und sympathischen Art ein echtes Highlight war! Er wurde zwar nicht oft gebraucht, war aber immer (wie auch der Eigentümer) schnell erreichbar & sehr hilfsbereit. Großes Glück, jemanden wie ihn vor Ort zu haben!Würden gerne wiederkommen."

"Wir waren zwei Wochen mit der Familie in Francas Haus und haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Es war extrem sauber, immer angenehm temperiert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet und auch draußen auf dem Grill konnten wir herrliche Speisen zubereiten. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind ein Traum, der Blick über die Bucht unbezahlbar. Das ganze Anwesen ist wunderbar und sicher und es genügend Platz überall. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!Franca war eine sehr pünktliche, freundliche und angenehme Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation war prompt und immer hilfreich."

Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Realität entspricht auf jeden Fall dem Internetauftritt.Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig mit Blick auf das Meer und die Hügel von Cavalaire. Die Pflanzen und Bäume rund ums Haus sind wunderschön.Der Pool war das Highlight insbesondere für die Kinder. Da er abgedeckt werden kann, stellte er für die Kleinkinder keine Gefahr dar, was für uns sehr wichtig war.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!"
