For technical reasons, the landscaping around the pool is not yet finished and the ground remains in its natural state for the time being. This in no way detracts from the enjoyment of the pool and terrace, and you'll even have the chance to be among the first to discover this newly created space! No parties allowed: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties, events, or large gatherings in the apartment. Any violation may result in immediate eviction without refund. No smoking: It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for any violation. Occupancy limits: Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit for the apartment. Exceeding this limit may result in the immediate termination of your stay. Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the booking are permitted on the property. Unauthorised visitors are not allowed. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
