Property Summary  
This beautiful 19th-century mas "Les Puits Neufs" offers a private property of 2'400 m2 with a fenced garden, meadow, and a seasonal swimming pool (available from May 1 to September 30). The property features a terrace, parking, and is conveniently located just 5 km from the center of Cavaillon, making it an ideal vacation rental.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor area is a true haven for relaxation and enjoyment. The property boasts a fenced swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 m with a depth of 150 cm, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days. You'll also find a beautiful terrace, ideal for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the natural surroundings. The garden is graced with trees and a lush meadow, offering ample space for outdoor activities.  
  
Other Information  
Access to the property is via a 300m unmade road, ensuring privacy and seclusion. Parking is available on-site, providing convenience for your vacation rental. Additionally, a supermarket is located just 5 km away, catering to all your essential needs during your stay.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 6-room cottage that spans 200 square meters across two levels. The tasteful and cozy furnishings include a living room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a TV, radio, and DVD player, as well as access to the terrace. There is a walk-through room with a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and double hand-basin. Another room features two beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long) and an exit to the terrace. The dining room has an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only) and a dining table. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and an exit to the terrace. On the upper floor, there is a room with two beds (80 cm wide, 190 cm long), a bathroom with a toilet and double hand-basin, and another room with a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) and a shower room with a toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including a washing machine, iron, baby cot, electric heating, and natural stone floors throughout the cottage. The spacious terrace, spanning 160 square meters, is partially covered and features terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and four deck chairs. Pets are allowed, with a maximum of one pet or dog permitted. Additionally, a fire extinguisher is provided for safety purposes.

The cottage, named "Les Puits Neufs," offers a comfortable and cozy environment for your vacation. With its tasteful furnishings and ample living spaces, it provides the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.
