Superb property with panoramic views between L’Isle sur  
la Sorgue and Cavaillon, on a plot of land of approximately  
1.5 hectares with a swimming pool of approximately 14x7m. The house dating  
from the 70s was renovated with high-quality materials in 2010.  
With a living area of ​​approximately 440 m², the property has on the  
ground floor a kitchen, a large living room with large bay windows to make the most of the view, a 2nd living room  
and an additional room. 4 en-suite bedrooms with shower rooms complete the level, as well as a 5th bedroom with an  
independent shower room.  
Upstairs there is a large hall and an office.  
A gym overlooking the outside and a hammam and jacuzzi are a  
real plus to this exceptional property.  
The large 1.5 hectare park is very well maintained and planted with trees. The  
property has a breathtaking, completely panoramic view of the Luberon, the Dentelles de Montmirail and  
Mont Ventoux. The magnificent heated swimming pool with mirror effect and  
overflow has a jacuzzi area and offers a beautiful depth to the view.  
This property is located near L'Isle sur la Sorgue, the  
famous village of antique dealers and its 70 wheels on its canals. A real dream to spend a holiday with family or friends!
