Cataracts Provincial Park Tours and Activities

Terrible! 1st off this was our second stay there for the trip. We started in St. John's and ended in St. John's. We did not have a great first stay there and the 2nd was worse. We checked in around 430pm and were told that the room I had booked was "sold out." How can a room that is paid for and reserved be sold out? I had reserved and prepaid for a king room with sofa bed which is a higher price than a regular king room and was told it was sold out. How is that possible? They then proceeded to downgrade me to a regular king room but still charged me for what I had paid for which was the more expensive king room with sofa bed. That is theft by the way! They never adjusted the price or invoice. I am an Expedia gold member and they told me that there were no upgrades possible because they were fully booked. So I didn't get an upgrade or the room I paid for but instead got overcharged for something less then what I reserved. Additionally instead of offering me complimentary late check out for thr issue they charged me for it! I needed as late a check out as possible due to a late flight and they would only let me stay until 2pm charging me almost $60.00 for it. These people are criminals! They don't even offer a service to hold luggage. On our 1st visit they even "forgot " to give us the $15 credit voucher for free drink or food that comes with being an Expedia VIP. Never ever staying here again! Over $2000 grand spent for 3 nights at start of trip and 2 at end and horrible!

The property was well maintained and clean. We liked the quiet location, somewhat removed but close enough to walk to restaurants and bars.

The unit was very clean. Accurate description and photos. Provided a stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Also the in suite laundry is great! Would definitely stay again and would recommend.
