Cataracts Provincial Park Tours and Activities

We stayed at the hotel in the suites directly across from the main building. We were disappointed that the infinity spa was not available as advertised. We did have access to a large juzzazi tub in our room but it did not offer the same ambience we were wanting. The suites were clean but very outdated. A bar fridge was available but was noisy and leaked. We informed the front desk but no maintenance came to resolve the concern. We also required making calls to front desk to request more supplies such as clean towels. The schedule to attend to the room by housekeeping was inconsistent. Free breakfast offered was nice although there is a limited menu. The staff in the bistro were pleasant but at times limited in numbers which affected service overall. We enjoyed the location. It was quiet and accessible to downtown by walking. Parking a bonus. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely return but feel this hotel requires some updated features. It truly has great potential as a tranquil setting. It seems the spa at the site takes all the glamour and the hotel is left wanting!

Room was clean and well maintained, parking easy. Only problem was with room service when you ate at Moxies the food was alright the times i ordered room service t he food was was chewy and cold.

Rooms were nice. Reception and breakfast staff friendly. Breakfast good however would have been nice to have a bit of a choice for the hot dish.
