Abbiamo avuto problemi ancor prima di arrivare poiché nonostante avessimo avvisato del nostro arrivo nel pomeriggio abbiamo ricevuto la stanza solo a sera poiché al ricevimento non c'era nessuno e il proprietario non ha risposto al telefono per 3 ore. Per 5 giorni abbiamo tenuto la stessa biancheria poiché il cambio era a pagamento. Non c'è stata pulizia nei 5 giorni di soggiorno. Carta igienica e bagnoschiuma non presenti. Accumulo di sporcizia e rifiuti. Sconsigliatissimo

Be careful with this hotel! We reserved three rooms in this hotel in Nov. 2019 for 25. Dec. 2019 to 01. Jan. 2020 and get the confirmation from Expedia. Several SMSs were sent to owner of the hotel for arrive time, but no answer. On 25. Dec. 2019 we arrived in Catania and call the owner for room keys. After several time of calling, he took the call and told us the rooms are not free. For the question why he didn’t inform us in advance, he has no answer. We were on street and have to find the new hotel. Be careful with this hotel and your vocation can be destroyed!
