Sunny modern stand-alone private self-contained apartment with its own deck and private courtyard. Have a cold one on the deck while looking across at the stunning views of the Light House and coast. Open plan living room/ dining area and kitchen with adjoining bedroom, optional extra is a Sofa Sleeper in the lounge, which would suit one adult or child. A short walk down the hill brings you to the beautiful beachfront with the Castlepoint store and cafe. Fridge, oven, BBQ, Freeview -TV., Nescafe capsule coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules and tea. Car parking for 1 x car with on road parking for additional vehicles. All bedding supplied. Please note $40.00 cleaning fee per stay applies. A minimum of two nights required for weekends and school holidays during the summer season. Shorter stays can be negotiated. Owners in neighboring house and happy to assist with any prior request such as storage of equipment in garage. For longer stays laundry can be arranged.

The bedroom has a super king sized bed that can be split into two single beds. If you require the two single beds please advise the owner so it can be prepared prior to arriving for your stay.

There is a security camera facing towards the car parking area of the driveway. This does not impact of the living area of the apartment.

Castlepoint is one of NZ's top 10 beaches and provides for plenty of outdoor activities, walk to Castlepoint lighthouse, the DOC walk around the lagoon and a hike up Castlerock to take in the fantastic scenery. Fishing from the reef when the sea conditions allow. Safe family swimming in the lagoon or take to the surfboards. Castlepoint Golf course is only a 10-minute drive away. A well-stocked shop provides the basics and takeaway meals available or dine at the Castle Point Hotel (Whakataki Hotel) adjacent to the Golf club.
