« The house was lovely, clean, well furnished (in a way that makes you feel like you’re visiting somewhere special), and spacious. We loved waking up in the morning to the spectacular views and returning home after sight seeing to a company friendly kitchen and comfortable living room. The hosts who passed off the keys were an added treat: gave us the inside scoop to get away from more touristy attractions to more local ones, and made us feel like we were friends. »

« The host was so accommodating. Our flight was actually canceled and he offered to pick up our friends that day and made them feel so welcome. The property is BETER than the pictures. You are in the center to all of Ireland. Beautiful views … we had sheep out side our door. The house was spotless and had everything you needed and then some. The grounds were also outstanding. « The Derg House was perfect for our stay with lots of space and wonderful views from the house and from the garden. We enjoyed all aspects of the house with seating areas for all types of activities. Around the fire pit in the evenings was an especially lovely time and we saw the Aurora Borealis which was very special. Definitely a prime location for trips and for seeing family in near-by Nenagh. Thank you for a memorable vacation. »

« Very quaint cottage in a peaceful setting. We loved seeing the farmer gather his cows each morning as well as enjoying the sounds of he birds by the feeder. Being so rural, it took a little drive to get to any major roadway, but we quickly figured out the best routes. The cottage had many nice little amenities such as instant coffee, tea, seasonings, even fries in the freezer. Owner was very responsive when we had a question and gave us suggestions of things to do and where to eat in the area....

« Quin is a great base for traveling around the west of Ireland. The house is so clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, with the occasional moo from the cows in the field next door. Tony and Maria are welcoming hosts, the scones Maria made for us were still warm when we arrived. Quin is a lovely village a very short drive away. Abbey Tavern is great for a pint or a meal. Highly recommended. »

« The accommodations are relaxing and beautiful. The town and nearby Nenagh have what you need. Hickey's Bar across the street is a wonderful place to meet the nicest people. Highly recommend staying here at Paul and Karen's place in Silvermines. Karen's friendly reception and initial information set the tone for a great visit! »

« Séjour d'une nuit en famille dans une demeure de charme. Chambre spacieuse et couchage confortable. Petit bémol pour le coin douche de la salle de bain qui mériterait vraiment d'être rénové. Nous avons dîné au restaurant. Le repas était très bon et le personnel aux petits soins. Très bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. A noter que l'ascenseur s'arrête au 1er étage. Il a donc fallu terminer à pieds avec les valises. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine. C'est un établissement...
