"Hotel easy to find and access. Good access via elevator from underground car park to our room. The in house restaurant was excellent, and breakfast in the morning was good. Friendly and helpful staff."

"First of all, a rare spacious parking lot. Friendly helpful check-in staff. This used to be a very nice hotel at some time, however the rooms are now very dated. The worst was it was very hot during our stay and the AC really didn't do much to cool the room."

"Overall is acceptable but the most terrible is our room key was left at the desk of the check in counter unattended when we returned to hotel at 11PM.
There was supposed a staff on duty but not there."

Absolutely loved our stay here! Not only was the hotel central to the town square and incredibly well fitted, but the staff was awesome!
My now-fiancée’s family is from Castelfranco, and I proposed to her on our trip here. They helped orchestrate a beautiful setup of tiramisu from a local bakery, flowers from a local florist and a bottle of DOCG Prosecco.
Their attention to detail and care for their clients is top tier, and I truly appreciate all that they were able to do in making this...

An absolutely beautiful, relaxing & romantic stay. It was close to all the cities we needed to visit to learn where our families lived. The trattoria at the end of the road was a fantastic place to eat. Our best meal so far!!!

Bel hôtel moderne, chambre très bien, Buffet déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.
Un peu en retrait de la vieille ville, quartier commercial. On peut se rendre à pied au centre-ville mais le long d'un boulevard assez passant

This hotel is old-world in my favourite way. Lavishly decorated in Baroque-period knock-offs and hand-painted antique pieces, it is super comfortable and big! Huge pool and I had it all to myself for an hour before anyone else showed up! Personable front desk staff on 24 hrs, which is not always the case in other hotels. Comfortable beds, pillows, air conditioning, hotel amenities in the bathroom and a large breakfast buffet. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to the AMA Festival...

This property provided good value, and a central location for visiting grappa vineyards.
I found the staff here particularly friendly compared to other locations, the breakfast buffet was well stocked with cheese, deli meats and egg options.
We didn’t try the restaurant, as they had a large tour group that night.
