No coffee pots in room? They do have Starbucks in the casseno. Could not get a plastic spoon for the life of me. I usually take my many large meds in apple sauce but I just did the old fashioned way. So bring own plastic spoons. I just loved how genuinely nice the staff is. Every single one of them! Room, shower, pool and hotel just so clean and nice. The security is nice. For a single old lady I was comfortable safe and happy. Janet

We appreciated that the valet service was complimentary; however, we would have preferred free self-parking (you have to pay to self park). Each time we wanted to go somewhere, we had to wait for the valet to retrieve our vehicle, which added unnecessary waiting time to our day. We stayed for two nights. On the first night, the TV remote was not working, and unfortunately it could not be fixed that evening. The staff did address the issue the following day. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. However, for a tower of this size, the pool seemed somewhat small and could have been larger to better accommodate guests.
