« We came to Sarasota to celebrate my MIL’s 95th birthday. She resides at the Sarasota Bay club which is .6m from the property so it was very convenient. We found the property to clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the AC worked well and the exterior was well lighted at night. »

« They were so accommodating at Tropical Villas. As part of your stay you had beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, coffee pods, sand sifter, beach towels (all in your villa). On-site you have access to use bicycles and washer n dryer at no extra charge. The Elite Villa we stayed in had direct access to the enclosed bug free pool. « My wife and I spent four days at the Gull. The location is excellent. Just around the corner and you are on the beach. Just one block walk and you are in Siesta Key old town eating and shopping. The air conditioning is a little different. Utilizing widow units and portable units. The portable unit’s exhaust air causing the bungalow to be in a huge negative.
