« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »

« The motel itself is standard; nothing exceptional, just your basic low budget place. The grounds around the building, though, are terrible. It's like a dumping ground for smokers. I felt myself gagging several times as I walked from my car to my room. »

« Staff super friendly, clean for the most part we just had really noisy neighbors maybe when they build this hotels add more insulation so it won’t be as noisy also no carpet we loved it but also doesn’t absorb the noise from upstairs »

« Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant. »

« I don't normally stay in hotels let alone write reviews- but I HAD to for this one! Not only is it just a beautiful property, the rooms themselves are so spacious, refreshing, calm, unique and clean! This is also a little more than I typically spend on a room and I had zero regrets! »

« I wasn't as impressed as I'd hoped to be. We had a suite with two double beds and a pull out couch. The beds were comfortable. The mattress on the couch was horrible and you could feel all of the springs. The bedding for the couch bed was insufficient, also, with only one pillow and no blanket. In addition, the bathtub did not drain at all and the shower curtain leaked no matter what, with water all over the bathroom floor when finished. Our room slept 6 people, but towels, etc. were only...

« My family and I enjoyed te facilities and staff. The hotel is situated in a great location near shopping, dining and freeway access. We will gladly visit My Place again! »

« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

« Hôtel bien rénové mais bruyant si vous donnez sur la route. J'avais demandé une chambre au calme bien longtemps à l'avance j'ai eu une chambre au dessus de l'accueil et face aux ascenseurs, c'est à dire tout sauf calme. Petit déjeuner sans plus. Manque vite de produits et se termine à 9h00. Quartier assez sécuritaire malgré tout. »
