Fabulous, great host . Spotlessly clean
Everything about this hostel was great. Check in was very quick and efficient. The room and bathroom were super clean and the little terrace outside the room , a bonas . The location was perfect for us , being very close to a bus station , but also a very cheap Uber ride into the centre . A great stay , thank you .

Our stay at this location was just wonderful, small but cozy room. The staff was just amazing, Valeria, Manuel and Stefany , always there 27/7 at the lobby available for anything we could need. They were very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect. Close to the center and to the port where we needed to go for our islands trips . The accommodation is also clean and smells good. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff is incredible and security is excellent. The room, their best room, is unbelievably cramped. The toilet is in the shower and there is nowhere, other than the small windowsill, to put your suitcase and its contents. This hotel is right off a main street in Getsemaní, which is very convenient. It also means that you will be listening to horns blaring, people shouting and club music 24-hours a day. After a sleepless night and banging our legs on the bed and heads on the sloped ceiling trying to get dressed, we forfeited the 4 other days we paid for the room and booked into another hotel.
Room was clean, hotel was nice, the young ladies at the front desk were wonderful, respectful, helpful and always smiling, a very special thank you to the young lady who cooked my breakfast every morning, i will for sure choose this hotel again for my next trip to cartagena
Excellent customer service from this property. Atentive around the clock for anything we needed! Would definitely come back, as well as recommend to anyone heading to Cartagena.
I really liked the people there, although we didn’t speak the same language they really tried to help. Location is great, away from the noise of the bars but only a 2 minute walk
Rooms are small, room 101 is really small. But the best airco!
The size of the room is very very small, you do not have enough space to even make a decisions in there, cant open your suitcase, just enough space to put your feet.everything else was ok
I’m not sure where to start the mold in this place was ridiculous then the so called upgraded rooms you can’t stand up in at all I hit my head so many times on the ceiling it’s ridiculous but for me it was the water that was my biggest problem from the start the whole place smelt like sewage and mold but we had already checked in and could not get our anything back then the water in our room went out it was so frustrating but also the last straw this place needs to be shut down it’s nasty we had to book another property and they also refused any kind of refund I’m just warning anyone who’s looking at this place to definitely keep looking you will not be happy if you book this I’m not sure what to call it
Misorganized, dirty, mismanaged.
Gave me the wrong room even though I booked months in advance. Then no safe box. Then I left for a night leaving my stuff in my room which I kept and came back to my ENTIRE room and belongings being wet - had to go do laundry and buy some clothes. The walls were peeling, new mold growth, bathroom being wet, my clothes and bags being wet. They did not do anything to help and refused to refund. Avoid this place at all costs. The manager sucks and the hotel did not take responsibility for all this when neither of my 5 nights were good. I ended up leaving 2 days earlier but tried to leave even earlier but couldn't as I could not find a hotel at 1 am. I had to sleep in the lobby for a bit as my room was so wet and unlivable. Last day we were there, there was no running water either. ALSO GOT BED BUGS FROM HERE! DONT STAY HERE AT ALL!!!!
