« Utmärkt boende mitt i Gamla stan med kort gångavstånd till de mest centrala gågatorna. Rent och fräscht och lätt att både checka in och ta sig in i boendet. Perfekt att kunna nyttja parkeringshuset då det är knöligt att hitta parkering på gatorna och kostar lika mycket per dygn. Fantastiskt bra bemötande och de svarar snabbt och du får tydliga instruktioner. Kommer definitivt välja att bo här igen. »

"Contre toute attente, environnement très moyen population très exotique mais l’hôtel est propre, l’accueil chaleureux une expérience très drôle dormir à 3 avec la grand mère la fille et la petite fille et le petit chien dans la même chambre voilà un souvenir qui restera dans nos mémoires!, il manquait presque la bataille de polochons étape a conseiller et facile d’accès pour passer un bel après midi et une soirée à Carthagena"

A notre arrivée la clé de la chambre ne fonctionne pas il a fallu attendre plus de 2 heures pour que le problème soit règlé ils nous ont mème pas proposé une autre chambre alors que l'hotel n'était pas complet. pas de geste commercial c'est limite pour un 5 étoiles.propreté de la salle de bain pourrrait être mieux."
