All of the fixtures in the condo were nice, but you do need to bring all of your basics as they don't provide. They do have a really nice elevator that was a lot of help. The elevator is very delicate so you have to make sure that all of the doors are closed on each level for it to work. It is a new build and they decorated it beautifully. Convenient to the boardwalk I suggest renting a golf cart to putter around town. A block from the beach.
