This property is beautiful. I had a large room with a king size bed, a balcony with a view of the bucolic grounds and everything was top notch, from the mattress, tv, plush bathrobe, washroom and toiletries. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Would have liked to have had a latte in the cafe but the machine wasn’t working. Other than that, my stay was excellent. Super close drive to downtown Wayne and great restaurants. Would stay here again in an instant.

We booked a room at Penn’s View about 10 minutes before arriving, after another accommodation fell through, and we’re so glad we ended up here. Every person we encountered was genuinely lovely, from the front desk and housekeeping staff, who were just finishing our room when we arrived, to the hostess, our server, and the rest of the team at the attached restaurant. Great location as we we’re going to the eastern penitentiary for a Halloween event and it was a five minute walk. The only problem is that there’s no on-site parking which I knew and you can do paid parking just out front or you can go to a lot just around the corner. It was no big deal and I was prepared. The staff was amazing. The rooms were big and clean and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.
