Apartment on the 1st floor of a well maintained property, in the heart of the animation of Carnac beach, close to shops, the nautical base that is nearby, 1.4km from the supermarket. Direct access to Avenue Miln and its shops via secure gate, about 100m from the large beach.
Nice renovated apartment of about 85m², main exposure East, double balcony overlooking shopping street, private parking common to the residence, WIFI.

Lovely unit, well appointed. It was nice being so close to the beach. However the exterior of the building and grounds were not appealing - very prison-like and run down. Also, unit was perched over main street which was VERY LOUD during evenings and night, including police activity. Hard to sleep in street side room. Many ants arrived to share the unit during our stay, which was also unfortunate.

Emplacement très pratique pour ceux qui pratiquent la voile et pas aussi bruyant que ne le laissait craindre l'emplacement. Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé.
Sehr schön gelegenes Appartement mit großem Balkon zur Fussgängerzone. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Herd mit 3 Gaskochstellen und einer Stromplatte. Gute Pfannen und Töpfe vorhanden.
Im Gäste-WC könnte ein Handtuchhalter montiert werden.
Große Glasschiebetüren vom Balkon zum Wohnzimmer.
Das Appartement befindet sich nah am Strand (2.Häuserreihe) und hat zu Fuss erreichbare Bäcker, Restaurants und Einkaufsgelegenheiten. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten im abgeschlossen Innenhof der Wohnanlage.
Schlüsselübergabe in der Agentur (englisch und französisch) klappte hervorragend. Auch die e-mail Kommunikation vorher funktionierte prima und schnell.

Tres bel appartement
Appartement très bien équipé, grand, propre, très bien placé, a proximité des commerce et de la plage, avec un très beau balcon, par contre c'est un emplacement bruyant le soir, la journée pas de problèmes, mais a partir de minuit les fêtards font beaucoup de bruit. Et il n'y a qu'une chambre tranquille sur l'arrière.
Mais mon séjour c'est très bien passé, c'est la 2eme fois que je loue par cette agence et je la recommande
Ce que je regrette c'est le système de location du linge, il serait judicieux qu'il soit déposé dans les appartements c'est très lourds et encombrant . Si vous arrivez en train et que vous êtes loin de l'agence, c'est juste impossible.
Appartement situé en plein centre de l'activité estivale.
(Restauration, shopping, plage, activités nautiques).
Zone de stationnement privative bien utile.

Aufenthalt Anfang Oktober 2022. Apartment hell, freundlich, gute Betten, 1 Schlafzimmer zur Straße, eins zum Hof, alle Räume mit Rollos oder Fensterladen verdunkelbar. Sämtliche Haushaltsgeräte inkl. Waschtrockner, Geschirrspüler und Staubsauger vorhanden. Strand in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Agentur und Hausmeister sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder buchen.
