    Small residence located in the heart of Carnac-Plage, 50m from the main beach via a private path, 150m from the thalassotherapy centre and 800m from a supermarket.



    Bright studio of approximately 30m² facing south, on the raised ground floor of a well-maintained small residence, balcony, private parking space. Classified 2 stars.

    - Entrance with kitchen area equipped with 2 electric hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator + freezer, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster.

    - Renovated bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, mirror, WC.

    - Living area: 140 cm sofa bed, coffee table, large storage with cupboard and wardrobe, 140 cm wall bed, TV, radio.

    - Balcony equipped with outdoor furniture.



    Maximum 3 people. No animals allowed.



    Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

    Deposit: €300 to be paid on site.

    Charges: electricity included from mid-May to early October, based on meter reading outside this period.

    Tourist tax: to be paid on site
