« Great hotel! Having a washer and dryer was super helpful as we were staying there as a basketball team and I was in charge of washing and drying uniforms. Having more than one washer and dryer for the entire hotel would have been beneficial as there were also baseball teams there who also were needing to wash uniforms. »

« Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. « We had an issue with our room that required we switch rooms in the middle of the night. I was told a manager would speak to me in the morning and “make it right”. I stopped by at check out and the manager didn’t even come out from the office but instead told the clerk to tell me they would call me. That was 8 days ago and I have still not received a call. « I liked the roll over shower. I did not like that it leaked onto bathroom floor in spite of seeing calk to prevent that. I was in the room all day working at computer but the dark out electronic blinds did not work. I called in for repair first day and no one came until 2 pm. They were put on a recharge for 2 hours. I had daylight at 4 pm. Put down at 8. Next morning they would not go up. Again. Same scenario as day before. Called in at 9 am. Asked status at 2. Had daylight 3:30. Worked in...

« Staff was very good in every respect. But... The breakfast food is pretty bad. My room walls were badly cracked (from building setlling?) but not repaired. Toilet had a leak and ran every ten minutes or so, all night. Stains on the rooms sofa. »

« Another great stay. We had one day only with issues with Room service, but the manager was very professional and resolved it right away. We will return! »

« Property appears to be in average condition, Rooms good, Pool and ice machines and such in poor condition. Breakfast area was Good and Food was good. Prices in the onsite market were a bit steep. Staff was great !!! Parking decent. Lots of kids, running around, doing local sports tournament stuff. Need a place to stay and this property filled the bill, would stay again, if necessary.
