"Good for families with little kids who need small resort with nice beach water/shallow off the main waves.
Rooms and resort starting to show wear and tear.
Pros:
- Small Hotel - close to beach, pool, buffet - easy enough without a stroller
- Kid friendly pool/splash pad - low level water for small kids even in bigger pool.
- Plenty of pool chairs even at 9a/10a (even during spring break)
- Pancakes, pizza, pasta, fries and nacho cheese/American Ketchup - if your kids are picky eaters - plenty of food options for kids
Cons:
- Activities disorganized - facepainting said 8p - lady came at 730p and left by 8p
- Extra Activities for kids are not a priority here
- Headphone Party for kids was earlier (7p) and when we got there by 8p after dinner, was told that its for adults
- Food is ok at best at the buffet - depends on your tastes/pickiness - some meals (steak house and hibachi, excellent!!) - not consistent, some breakfast days there were hashbrowns, syrup - some not. Some days there was green juice, some not - not a bad thing, just keep this in mind for those of who need routine.
- Reservation process is hard - app doesn't work well especially for large parties and you have to get on at 8a. Some nights we showed up at 6p and were turned away (granted there were 4 adults/5 kids) - keep this in mind.
- Room shower with large glass panel - entire room can see you showering if you care about this - no privacy barrier
- Bring kettle to disinfect bottles (Baby) - DR water"
