What really stood out was the staff—they consistently greeted us with a warm “Hola” and were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The beach is absolutely stunning, with pristine white sand and clear water that makes it hard to leave. The pools are just as enjoyable—spacious, clean, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun. Being an all-inclusive resort, it really delivers on value. Drinks are freely available, and there’s always something to enjoy without worrying about extra costs. The daily shows at the theater were a great bonus—entertaining for both kids and adults, and something we looked forward to each evening. There’s even a casino on-site if you want a bit more excitement. The only extras we noticed were for premium dishes like lobster, but that’s understandable. Aside from that, almost everything is included, which made the experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Overall, it felt like being on a cruise ship—but on land. Everything you need is right there, and you’re free to just relax and enjoy. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily return again." The property is absolutely beautiful—the restaurants inside the resort were great, and the beach access was amazing. We especially loved the pool overlooking the ocean… such a dreamy view! The location is also a huge plus. There are plenty of food spots and shops nearby, and we loved that we could literally walk to La Placita de Santurce for nightlife and exploring. My only complaint would be the housekeeping staff. Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, staff would knock very loudly multiple times, and on one occasion they even opened the door despite us saying we were okay. That part felt a bit intrusive and uncomfortable. Aside from that, the resort was clean, beautiful, and very aesthetic. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!"
