As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by the quaint exterior and the smell of citrus in the driveway. Step inside, and it is anything but quaint. Everything from the light floors and contemporary furnishings to the beachy decor and well-equipped kitchen will allow each guest to feel at home in no time. Before heading out for exciting days spent on the warm sand, brew a fresh pot of coffee and head up to the rooftop terrace to breathe in the cool, salty breeze in bliss. This terrace can also be just the place to fire up the private gas grill and look out to the ocean with loved ones. If you have had enough sunshine for one day, the living area on the top floor will be just the place to watch a favorite movie on the TV and cozy up on the sectional as the fire flickers nearby.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
