Pool heating is not available from December - March), central A/C, and ample parking.

Everything was excellent other than the hot tub that malfunctioned. This was communicated to the representative who professionally responded. When correcting the issue was impractical due to the holiday, he immediately agreed to refund the charge to heat the tub.
