The condo boasts a prime sunset-facing exposure, offering breathtaking views of the renowned Captiva sunsets directly from the comfort of your upscale space. Enjoy refreshing breezes on your lanai while you savor your morning coffee. Unwind and rejuvenate with restful naps on any of the three posturepedic mattresses after a day at the beach. Utilize the community gas grills to perfectly cook your fresh catch of the day after a fishing excursion with a local guide from Bayside Marina. Enjoy downtime with access to Netflix on one of the HD televisions within the unit. Benefit from the Beach Villas complex's private, secluded beach access, ensuring a peaceful walk to the shore.

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Beach Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. The Neighborhood:  
  
The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the beach side, steps to beach and in walking distance to downtown Captiva.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to check in. The rental agreement will be sent to guests at booking confirmation.   
  
 A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
